CSI is organizing conferences for training Pastors, women and youth in starting and strengthening churches. These conferences help CSI introduce the strategy and ways of implementing it in communities where there are no Baptist Churches. Such conferences have already taken place in  Moldova, Romania, Russia and the Ukraine. These countries were privileged to be selected by God to become fields of implementing the CSI strategy. They have already started training the workers, opening Bible clubs and planting new churches.

Many Pastors have been using the CSI materials these years, which contributed greatly to their church growth and spiritual development. Today the Northern Baptist Union of Moldova involves 4998 members who belong to 146 Baptist Churches. A good number of these people joined church as a result of CSI strategy, based on the interactive method of teaching which is very clear for non-Christians and easy to be used by Christians.
